Request For Proposals 2008

The Center for Business Excellence is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified organizations with the capacity and expertise to provide One-Stop System Services to the businesses and job seekers of Flagler and Volusia Counties. The expected contracts awarded under this solicitation will start on July 1, 2008 and will be renewed annually as allowed by Florida Statutes, provided measurable performances are successfully achieved.
