The Center for Business Excellence is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified organizations with the capacity and expertise to provide One-Stop System and Youth Program Services to the businesses and job seekers of Flagler and Volusia Counties. The expected contracts awarded under this solicitation will start on July 1, 2012 and will be renewed annually as allowed by Florida Statutes, provided measurable performances are successfully achieved.

RFP packages will be available beginning at 9:00 a.m. EST on Monday, January 30, 2012. Interested parties may obtain copies of the RFP online here.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. EDT on Monday, March 12, 2012. Proposals not reaching the Center for Business Excellence by the aforementioned time and date will not be considered for funding.

A Bidder’s Workshop is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. EST, Friday, February 10, 2012 at the administrative offices of the Center for Business Excellence, 329 Bill France Boulevard, Daytona Beach, Florida. For directions, call 386-323-7074.
