The Center for Business Excellence is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit information from qualified organizations with the capacity and expertise to provide payroll services in Flagler and Volusia Counties. The expected contracts awarded under this solicitation will start June, 2010.

CBE’s RFQ package will be available beginning at 4:00 p.m. DST on Friday, April 30, 2010. Interested parties may obtain copies of the RFQ online at this page.
